Our Team

Hudaitu Rauf is a developmental psychologist and the founder of Spring Minds. She is passionate about transforming early childhood education through inclusive, play-based, and sustainable learning approaches. She trains educators and parents while creating educational content for EC-Learn’s eco-tools, integrating numeracy, literacy, and environmental awareness. Her activities often utilize eco-tools to provide children with interactive, hands-on learning experiences that build core academic skills while promoting sustainability from an early age.

Hudaitu designs evidence-based strategies that support children with dyslexia and other learning challenges, ensuring every child can access engaging and meaningful learning experiences. By guiding educators and parents, she extends learning beyond the classroom, creating a lasting social, academic, and ecological impact for children, families, and early childhood communities.

Through her work, she empowers children to strengthen academic skills, build confidence, and cultivate environmental sustainability.
